We started Marshall's Septic Care in 2013 with a simple idea: show up on time, charge what we quoted, and do the work right. That's still the whole thing. Residential pump-outs, commercial grease traps, big excavation jobs. The standard doesn't change based on the size of the invoice.
Our story
Chad Marshall has been working in septic and sanitation since before most people think twice about what happens after they flush. In 2013, he and Mary launched out of Fallon with one truck and a service area they intended to grow.
What grew instead was the reputation. Customers told their neighbors. Contractors started calling. Property managers kept coming back. Today, Marshall's serves residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Northern Nevada with a full fleet and a team that knows their name is on every job they leave.
Mary runs the office and manages operations. Scheduling, billing, customer communication, everything that makes the field work possible runs through her. Chad leads the crews in the field, bringing hands-on experience to every service call. Between the two of them, you always have someone who knows your job and can give you a straight answer.

Chad and Mary run this company together. Chad is in the field. Mary handles scheduling, communication, and the business side. When you deal with Marshall's, you're dealing with people who have their name on the side of the truck and a real stake in how every job goes.
We know Churchill County soil. We know what high-desert freeze-thaw cycles do to concrete tanks and what caliche hardpan does to a leach field over twenty years. That regional knowledge is something you don't get from a company dispatching trucks from outside the area.
The people behind the work
Owner / Operator
Chad founded Marshall's in 2013 and still leads every job with the same hands-on approach he started with. If there's a difficult call to make in the field, he's the one making it. Customers ask for him by name. One reviewer put it simply: it's nice to see someone who actually likes their job. That's the point.
Manager
Mary keeps the operation running. Scheduling, customer service, billing, and the hundred things that happen behind the scenes so the field work goes smoothly.
Office Administrator
Melanie handles day-to-day office operations and is often the first voice you hear when you call. She's organized, direct, and on top of it.
