When to rent

When a dumpster makes the job easier.

Not every project needs one, but some projects are significantly harder without one.

  • Home renovations and remodels, tearing out a kitchen, bathroom, or old flooring generates more material than most people expect. A container on-site keeps it contained and off your yard from day one.

Sizing

Choosing the right container.

Sizing a dumpster comes down to the volume of material you're removing and whether it's light or dense. Roofing material, concrete, and tile hit weight limits faster than furniture, cardboard, or yard debris, so the right size for a roof replacement isn't the same as the right size for a whole-house cleanout of similar visual volume.

Renting slightly larger than you think you need is almost always the right call, a second pickup costs more than the size difference between two containers.
